if you smoke a pack a day @ $2.50 a pack that's $912.50 a year.
5 years is $4,562.50
10 years is $9,125
20 years is $18,250
25 years is $22,812.50
30 years is $27,375
40 years is $36,500
just think if you saved $2.50 a day instead of spending it on cigarettes you'd have a nice balance in your saving account plus interest. that is alot of money.
my daughter brought home a work sheet from school on this. im glad their telling them the dangers and the waste of smoking. of course ive always been telling her about it sence she was a little girl, she's 13 now. thats enough to save towards your childs education when they finish highschool. thats a good insentive to quit smoking, doing it for your children. you would be setting a good example and your kids would be so proud of you.

So I have a question, hopefully someone can help. I love to eat rice, plain or with sauce. My favourite sauce is the "House of Tsang: Sezchuan Spice" sauce. When I eat my rice covered with this sezchuan sauce my stomach gets this weird feeling and I get the hiccups, UNLESS I drink water with it. If I drink water, I'm fine. Am I allergic to this or what? Am I not human? Did my parents really buy me from the gypsy woman?

Long story short. I've had a recurrent, lower back pain, with severe spasms for a number of years now. It can occur several times a year or go into "remission" for long periods (16-months since last episode.) Duration average 3-5 days. Very first episode lasted a full month! (Also, involves leg pain and it can take as long as 45-minutes just to get up off the sofa or bed and just as long to put on a pair of socks. (Most extreme scenario.)I couldn't get the MRI scheduled, at the recommended facility, any sooner than the week after next. My concern is that the symptoms will have been gone at least a week by then. Should I try to find another location to check it out while I'm having symptoms or will the MRI still be able to pick up the problem even when I'm symptom free? Thanks!

I am just wondering if anyone else thinks back on decisions they have made in the past that they would never make now and have guilt? I know this is a general question but I look back on a lot of things I have done that are not my proudest moments and I have major anxiety and stress due to it. Is this normal. Also, it has been over 3 years that most of these things took place yet I still can't forgive myself. Is anyone else tormented by their pasts? If so, how do you cope?
