So I have a question, hopefully someone can help. I love to eat rice, plain or with sauce. My favourite sauce is the "House of Tsang: Sezchuan Spice" sauce. When I eat my rice covered with this sezchuan sauce my stomach gets this weird feeling and I get the hiccups, UNLESS I drink water with it. If I drink water, I'm fine. Am I allergic to this or what? Am I not human? Did my parents really buy me from the gypsy woman?

the spices in the sauce cause gas build up and you hiccup, plus rice soaks up the sauce. Rice bloats you up if you eat enough of it. Dont eat alot of cheesy rice , the END result will not be pretty.

are you hyper-active? I know that when I drink or eat certain things, I have similar reactions to hiccuping, and sometimes it feels like your lung is ready to launch out. It also may be related to all those carbohydrates, your stress level, and if you have panic/anxiety attacks. If you drink water with it, that tells me you need to decrease the potency of that stuff. Buy the bottle, water it down.
