I cry really easily, always have done. I just can't seem to help it. If I make a mistake in a driving lesson, I start to cry. If someone gets angry with me, I start to feel upset. If I don't understand something and have a test on it the next day or somethn like that I cry. It's really embarrassing! I just can't seem to control it. I was bullied mercilessly as a child- do you think this has something to do with it?

What kinds of foods should I take more of or avoid? Apparently I topped the "bad cholesterol" scale. Will exercise help? Are there herbs or natural cures that will put my cholesterol levels back in check? Any other advice will be helpful. Thanks.

I guess it is called ringing in the ears...although for a lack of a better discription I would call it pulsating waves?? OK it is ringing. I had a clean bill of health last time I went to the doc. but recently have noticed a "ringing" going on in my head/ears. It is most frequent in the morning before I get out of bed and seems to subside after I am up for awhile. What in the world is this about?
