I have these nightmares that started when I was about thirteen. Most of the time it's about spiders chasing me, when I wake up it is usually because I screamed myself awake, or when I turned on the light in my sleep. Sometime I run in my sleep and my mom woke up one night and she found me on top of the security gate screaming and kicking at something. Sometimes it's not so severe, but I'm getting tired of waking up with my heart beating a thousand times a minute and feeling scared like hell. It's strange because I don't feel threatened before I go to bed or anything. And when I wake up because of one it takes only a few minutes and I'm back to normal. When will this ever stop and do you have any advice?

i bent my thumb back all the way like in the first week of May. So i put ice, but that didn't help. And it still hurts till today. What do you think is wrong with it?!?

Seriously, I've probalby picked 20 dead, or near death flies in my bathroom at work. They r just on the ground or even on the wall..they hardly are moving, and when you wave around them, they barely flinch....I never seen anything like this before?

So. I have a super bad sunburn on my leg. I've been putting ointment on it and soaking it in cool water. It's made my leg and foot swell and I have quite a few blisters. I was just wondering if I may be making it worse. It's not a normal sunburn at all. Very red and hurting.
