I'm thinking of starting a online forum for people suffering from depression and associated illnesses. Could you give me your opinion as to whether it would be useful or not? Feel free to email your answer if you don't want it to appear on here

I have been on an anti-depressant for almost a year now. My first course was for 6 months. I then took a break for a month and found that I could not cope so I went back to my GP for a second course.I am not quite certain if continuous use is safe but so far, I have not had any side effects.

Went out last night - drank lots..danced lots. But I always have that feeling of dread the next morning. It's more than a hangover - a state of mind. Does anyone else have that feeling?

People can have problems in life and can become addicted to the internet to search for answers to problems. The user thinks that they are in a rare position either way because they think the problem is only discussed so much on the internet and not in the world outside the internet. Making them constantly addicted to the internet and not dealing with the problem outside.

5 years ago I knew a guy. I met him 10 years ago, but we were sort of acouple sort of NOT a couple. I was too young then. I am 23 right now. Before 5 years ago, we had a somewhat sexual relationship. Not a very verbal close one, but more of an understanding. Well, I recently caught up with him again, and we started seeing each other and eventually slept together again. He kept saying things like "no matter who you marry you will always belong to me" but not in that weird creepy way. I also have two children, and he spent an entire day playing with them. He kept holding my 8 month old son, and later told me he wants children in the future. Now, the way we are, and with him being how vague he is, I am confused. Was that at me, or was he saying he wants children just in general in the future? He says that he "cares" for me all of the time, but won't say the L word. I am in the process of a divorce from a man I did not know well and ended up getting broken bones from. Ideas?

I am a domestic abuse survivor. I have been abused for 18years mentally, physically and sexually. My step dad was a control freak and kept me in my room. I never had any friends and I wasn't allowed to talk on the phone. I get panic attacks..anxiety attacks, hot flashes, back flashes. Chest pain, heart pain when I am around people. I have a hard time talking to people and making friends. I try to be myself but I still haven't made any friends. Ihave been to councelling all the time and I suffer from mounds of depression and sadness from my lost childhood. How do I cope?
