I passed kidney stones for 3 long days and was in absolute agony! Now I think I passed them all, but my lower back hurts so bad that I have to keep taking the pain pills! It hurts as bad as my kidney was hurting all weekend long! If I don't take something to make the pain go away I get all crampy and have runny, bloody stools. I am assuming the blood is doe to internal hemmeroids due to the pain. Do these symptoms go along with kidney stones? I tried to call the doc but the office was closed today...

I've had a backache for over a month now, not bad enough to keep me down but just plain annoying. My question is since my back has been bothering me it seems like I have been very tense, just wondering if this could be due to the back or is it possible for tension to cause back pain?

I went to the dr the other day, because when I woke up my foot was hurting so bad I could not walk. I had a scheduled appointment for next monday. They told me to come in as soon as possible, I told her about my back pain too but she didnt seem to interested, I'm a new patient there and I can't go back to my dr that i was seeing for half my life because I had different insurance and had to leave to get dental work done, and now they wont take me because of my new insurance , anyway, she gave me daypro to take but it is not working, I've also tried, alieve, and tylenol athritis but nothing helps the pain. I can't wait six weeks to go back to the dr. Should I just give in and go to the ER?

It was almost a year ago, I have had pain in my neck so bad that I can't breath sometimes. Everything I have tried (physical therapy, massage, chiropractor) hasn't worked. My doctor just refered me to a pain management clinic. They said they would be giving me injections in my neck and back. Has anyone had this done before? If so how bad does it hurt and what does it make you feel like? How long does it last?

I have been taking three a day. (it all started because I was prescribed it for my headaches and am still getting refills on request)...well I am addicted -without it, I am irritable, weak, tired, frustrated, crabby, moody, and just want to sleep...how do I get rid of these feelings? Should I just STOP all together? (I am 2 months pregnant)...any advice is greatly appreciated.

I have a feeling that my father is back to taking oxycodone. He finished a rehab program several months ago but He looks really bad recently. His face stays red as a tomato, he has severe edema (his feet can't even fit into his shoes), constant sweating, and extreme sleepiness. I asked him if he was back on the pills and of coarse he denied it. I'm just wondering if these symptoms sound anything like what the oxycodone will do to you.

My neck feels like someone is hanging off of it. It's a really "heavy" feeling. I didn't injure it at all playing sports, and believe is is due to stress. Ibuprofen doesn't do anything to help, nor does anything else. Seeing that as of late I am extremely stressed out over my job situation, what can I do to relieve this tension in my neck and shoulders. Help please!

Thanks,

Steve

I need exercises for recovering from a mid-back injury (a strain, nothing terribly serious, just quite painful). It seems all the resources I can find only give lower-back exercises. Thanks in advance for any help.
