It's amazing you ask this question. I had the exact same symtoms a week ago. I went to the emergency room and you wouldn't beleive what I was told. I'm almost 40 years old and it took some getting me to go to the hospital. I was told I had an appendicitus. I had emergency surgery done immediately. The fever is important because it's a warning that you have an infection in your body. I suggest you go to the nearest emergency room. If I didn't go I could be dead today because when the appendex burst it poisons your system and there is no cure for that. I was blessed to get there on time so don't think just go and be sure you are o.k. Good Luck!!

Abdominal pain can mean so many things. Go to get it checked out. If you are having fever and shakes, it may be wise to go to the ER or Urgent care center to rule out an appendicitis or other infectious abdominal/GI process. These symptoms kind of point towards Gall Bladder to me, but I'm no doctor. Go get it checked out.

hundreds of diseases could be associated with pain. It could be one of your major internal organs like the kidney, the liver, the gall bladder colon or your pancreas among others. You should undergo some tests to see if which part is affected. Are you sure its not just muscle pain? Does it have any relieving or worsening position? advice for now is to avoid drinking alcohol, coffee sodas and anything but water and fruit juices
