I had anemia 10+ years ago due to an eating disorder.....I've had this issue on and off since then, but this time the bruising has gotten really severe. What could be causing this?

My body clock seems to be messed up, i 'switch off' at about 7am and wake up in the middle of the afternoon! It's so difficult to turn it around. Does anyone have any advise? Does anyone else have this problem?

Like what's that thing that you put over your nose, and it wakes you up? When people faint?

I go to bed around 9:30pm. I want to be able to get up around 5am or 530am. Right now my alarm goes off at 630am and I am lucky to get out of bed by 715am! Then I am rushing and rushing my 5 year old. I set my alarm for earlier and tell myself to get up but by the time the alarm goes off my bed just feels to darn good and warm. How can I get up earlier and get some things done around the house before I go to work and get too tired to do a lot at 5pm when work is done?!

Also, it is winter and COLD here! So that is why it is so hard to get outta bed, but I NEED to become a morning person and have more energy during the day. Plz help!!

He blames it on his 3 adult children who also live there, but on inspection, its clear that the build up of grease, detritus, grime and ground in dirt is from years and years of not cleaning. He has been a single parent so the chores are all his responsibility. He rarely lets me in the house, basically because I do nag about the condition of the home, I admit, however, my concern is that he suffers from asthma very badly and has diabetes and eczema. He does not accept that the condition of the home, with hair, dust, cobwebs, mould, grease and germs, will inevitably contribute to his health. I am concerned because diabetics can have a lowered immunity and I am worried that at some point he will become ill.
How do I get him to take this seriously?

Alright, so a day or two ago I noticed this white, pretty solid, bump to the left of the backing of my cartilage piercing. The piercing is like, a month and a half old and I haven't had any issues thus far really, and I take care of it well. But, anyways, today I wake up and it's really red... it'd been bleeding and now it looks torn, like it "popped" or something. I have no idea what it is, hahah. So, any help as to what to it is or how to heal it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I will be going home for the holidays in a few days. Every time i go home i get sick! Stomach problems as well as sore throat, coughing sneezing. Its usually bad enough to ruin a large part of my vacation. We fly and i know there are many germs in airplanes and airports and the humidity and temperature is different at home verses where i live. Getting sick is something i can count on because it happens EVERY time. What can i do to help this not happen??

Over the past 4 nights, I've gotten no more than 3 hours sleep. I'm on prescription sleep medicine. Didn't work tonight. I took four Unisom tablets. Hasn't worked tonight. It's 6 AM, and I've been awake since 4 AM yesterday. I've got finals in 2 days, and I need to get my sleep back in sync.

For a very long while now I've pretty much had a bad sleeping pattern, as in I go to bed in the morning and wake up in the afternoon. only when I had a routine(like going to college) have I had a good pattern, or the days I forced myself to get up.. Even then I kept wanting to sleep late..when I finally do get in bed I just keep thinking and can't sleep. Sometimes I'm in bed just thinking about things for hours, and feeling like I should be doing something instead..

I've had it really bad last few weeks, so I'm trying to fix it now. Gonna try staying awake all day.

Why am I like this? What can improve this? Its not just the sleeping pattern, even when I'm tired I can't sleep..(unless I'm really really really tired)

I usualy need 8-9 hours sleep too, and the less sleep I've had the night before the more I need later.

I love waking up in the morning so wish I can easily sleep when I want to(I envy those that can sleep when they want to), I always feel pretty down when I wake up late.

I have a paper due in 27 hours. I'm tired, but not sure if sleeping will make it harder to continue writing when I awake.

What did you think? I don't agree with Michael Moore on most issues but ........ damn...... this movie was screwed up. I work in healthcare (radiology) and it was right on the money. I can't argue with any of it.

i have recently had food poisoning which means i was seperated from my babies who are in intensive care due to risk of infection.

im starting to feel better and was wondering if anyone knew at which point im not going to be a risk to my babies

i am so desperate to get back to them, i miss them dearly but i dont want to infect them

i have been away from them now for 4 days, i still see them everyday through some glass but its not the same..

when is it safe to get back in with them to hold them? and
when can i start to eat solid food again? until now i have been on a soft diet.
