My roommate challenged me that i can not drink 4 liters of pop. After i finish the 4 liters i have to hold my urine for an hour. How can this be done?

Please, don't do this .. Something bad could happen, holding your urine is really bad for your body.

This is astupid idea. Even if you can hold it, you could do damage to your system by not peeing when you need to. But 4 liters of any liquid in your stomach could make you throw up.
But if you're going to be retarded and try it anyway, use sprite or something without caffeine. Caffeiene stimulates your system, you will most likely have to do more than pee.
