take a warm bath or shower, read, just try to relax. you should probally be getting off the computer, the light from the screen doesnt help your eyes that much. if you have your Christmas tree up, turn it on, go sit in the living room, drink some hot cocoa, snuggle up in a warm blanket, read a book, turn the fireplace on. dont put too many lights on, keep it dark, unless you are reading. just dont listen to your ipod, watch tv, or get on your computer.
good luck!

well a good way to make you nice and tired when you go to bed is just to exercise your heart out at some point in your day. this will make you tired and easier to fall asleep. Of course there is always the option of going to your Dr. and getting a prescription for sleeping...but you should try to avoid going that far because they all come with so many side effects.

How's your diet? Are you eating healthy foods, drinking lots of water. Are you eating baked not fried foods. Is your bedroom completely dark. Sometimes, you simply have to say to your self at some point, I am going to sleep and mean it.
