I am thinking of listening to mp3 hypnosis sessions to let go of fears, build self confidence, and heal myself from exema and dermatitis.

Does it work? If yes, where can I find mp3s?

I have no idea what happend! One day I was fine the next I could hardly walk straght! I'm also getting these strange dizzy flashes when i'm walking sometimes (if that has anything to do with it). Anyone know what could be wrong with me? If anyone has any questions, i'll try my best to answer them. I really want this to stop, I have to salvage whatever dignity i have left...

I was just wondering, if I need to regulate my cycle better, if I am allowed to use birth control pills. I know that Catholics believe these types of contraceptions are wrong at all times, even if the issue was heath related. However, the issue of preventing a child from being born is not a problem, as I am unmarried, and do not believe in practicing pre-martial sex. I was just wondering what everyone else's take on this was.

Hi all

It is my first winter in Canada, and I feel already so cold.

Today, I was so sleepy and hard to move because of coldness.

Especially my thigh is unbelievably cold.
It is completely different from ordinary sleepiness or tiredness.
I suppose it is like a hibernation or something...

Do you know any good tips for it?
I think especially Immigrated Canadian must have lots a lot of wisdom how to survive the winter lively.

I already wear so much like a full winter version,
and I take VitaminD a lot.
My home is a bit far from bus stop, so I'll move out 2weeks later.

It has happened to me a few times now with in the last couple of months! The first time it was like I just sat up real quick and my husband just happened to have been walking in the room, I remember calling his name several times for him to come here and when he finally came over I hugged him told him I loved him and gave him a kiss on the neck, then I just flopped back down on the bed and fell asleep again! Now I don't remember doing all that I only remember telling him to come here and that I loved him, he told me the rest! Then last night I remember waking up feeling like i couldn't breathe and I tried to wake my husband calling his name several times and tapping him on the back, then i just fell back asleep! It kinda almost feels like when this happens that its not really me I'm just there!

Lately it feels like there's mucus blocking my throat. Like a bubble of mucus (i know it's gross) and when I swallow it goes away and then comes back. I can drink something and it goes away for a minute or so but then it comes back. What is it and what can I do?

I tried Chantix, and I didn't sleep for days, tried the patch, it made me break out in hives, tried cold turkey and that made me eat everything in sight.....I have cut down dramatically but just can't seem to get to take the plunge to quit.

My husband claims he quit smoking but when he comes home, he has cleaned his hands with purell and is eating very strong mints. I can smell cigarette smoke but he says i am imagining it. Is there some test that can prove he is smoking. I know there are urine tests on ebay but that means i gotta make him do them..
Is there somethign like a piece of paper that turns red when touched by a smoker/ Or something liek that? I know it sounds kooky. Maybe someone should invent something!! Im sure parents of rebellious kids would love it!!
Thanks

I am waiting to find out if I'm pregnant after an IUI 6 days ago. Tonight, I ate oysters rockerfeller in a restaurant and threw up immediately! I know I ate some of the rock salt that the oysters were sitting on. Can that kind of salt make you throw up like that? I think it's too early to be throwing up from being pregnant.

for the past few years i have, on occasion, had dizzy spells where everything goes black in which i have to either grab on to something quick or lay down on a couch before i collapse on the floor. the feeling always goes away after a few seconds. this year however seems to be by far the worst and i am having spells often almost everyday. i have no idea why i have this problem because i believe i live a pretty healthy lifestyle by eating the right foods, drinking lots of water, and exercising daily. does anybody know what's wrong with me?

Hiya, for the past few years I have had blackout kind of episodes. Its like if I move or get up too quickly, my head goes fuzzy and my eyesight kind of blackens and blurs for a few seconds, It does actually feel like Im going to pass out but I never do. Also makes my head feel hot sometimes like its going to explode!!

I know it sounds silly but Im getting worried now and wanted to know if anyone knows what this is????

I've had a number of what I call mental lapses - I'll give you an example. The other day I decided to drive to the local Arts Center. Then I was in downtown wondering why I was there and trying to figure out what I was down there for, and then I remembered that I was going to the Arts Center - This has happened a number of times and I'm not sure what to do about it.

I have recently been through a really difficult time in my life and the doctor has but me on the sick for stress and anxiety and a little depression that I am sure to come out of on my own but.. I just have no motivation...
I'm not working because of all this and can't sleep great.. but then in the morning I have no motivation to get up and face the day.. or wnating to get ready and go out to see friends which is something I normally love to do... I just have no confidence at the moment and a huge lack of motivation... As I say, My 'get up and go' has got up and gone...!

How do I slowly bring myself out of this and get more motivated again?
