For a very long while now I've pretty much had a bad sleeping pattern, as in I go to bed in the morning and wake up in the afternoon. only when I had a routine(like going to college) have I had a good pattern, or the days I forced myself to get up.. Even then I kept wanting to sleep late..when I finally do get in bed I just keep thinking and can't sleep. Sometimes I'm in bed just thinking about things for hours, and feeling like I should be doing something instead..
I've had it really bad last few weeks, so I'm trying to fix it now. Gonna try staying awake all day.
Why am I like this? What can improve this? Its not just the sleeping pattern, even when I'm tired I can't sleep..(unless I'm really really really tired)
I usualy need 8-9 hours sleep too, and the less sleep I've had the night before the more I need later.
I love waking up in the morning so wish I can easily sleep when I want to(I envy those that can sleep when they want to), I always feel pretty down when I wake up late.
