ok i have been a heay cannabis user for about 6 years and 4 days ago i gave it up and now i cant sleep and feel wide awake all the time....anyone got any tips or suggestions?

That is: does brushing merely massage your scalp or does it stimulate your mind, and make it less easy for you to fall asleep? Or is it vice versa where it makes the hair grow during sleep as other moleculaes are synthesised in your brain during rest?

I'm a little apprehensive about my surgery. I know its minor with the vein-stripping, but i get bad thoughts about a mistake happening during the operation. The last one wasn't succesful, and it happened to be that i was one of the 5% that was unsuccesful as opposed to the %95 successrate. Is there anyway, if possible, that something tragic could happen that would result in leg amputation? Or would the doctor just have to be really incompetent, but my one surgery with him already went awry by not being successful. I just need some assurance. Could you help me?

I personally enjoy blowing smoke rings, and something which keeps me busy while watching a movie or something. I decided to smoke cigarettes however I didn't like taste and the fact that it harms me too much. I picked up pipe smoking, but the tongue burn quickly outweighed the pleasure. I smoked cigars, same as cigarettes, finally though I found what I was looking for, a hookah. But recently I've been reading that hookah is even worse than cigarettes, though I have never experienced any of the fatigue, coughing or phlem it says I should have. However smoking nicotine in whatever form just is not good for you. And that got me thinking, is there NOTHING that's very little harmful to smoke? Don't tell me, pot.. I am over that, and I know carbonmonoxide and lack of oxygen to the brain will always be associated with smoking, but what about something without tar, or metals, or nicotine, and preferrably not mind altering. Anyone have any experience?

The pain, esp. at night, is horrible. i've never experienced the like. It burns in my "stomach" and gut - then up through my chest and in my back. This "pain/agony" lasts throughout the night (esp.) - I wake up, feel the dull-clunk of pain in gut...
What is this? It's happened to me during the past 2-3 months...Absolutely hurts...

Twice, this week, while wearing my hard contacts, my left eye started to hurt when that eye was open. When I took out my left contact, I noticed the vision in that eye was blurred more than normal. Even when I put on my glasses (after taking out the contacts), that eye still couldn't focus correctly. Not only could I not focus in that eye but it was really sensitive. Like when I was taking a shower and maybe a little water got into the eye, it would hurt. I know that the problem couldn't be with my prescription because I got it changed a couple months back and haven't had this problem until this week. Ok, so now I'm deciding whether I should visit and opthamologist or an optometrist about this problem.

I'm interested in a career as a surgical technologist, I think it would be beyond cool to be a part of the operating team. I also think it's a way for me to finally have an outlet for my insane anal need for everything to be neat, orderly and sanitary. I am concerned about jobs and pay. Research suggest about 30,000 a year. I could handle that. Anyone have personal experience with the job and pay? I would love to know before I dive head first.

About 9 months or so ago, i started to have a recurring dream, whereas there is a large Tiger, that seems to be stalking me, i see it, in the street, and am terrified, i run home, and it is in my house, and i flee, petrified, knowing it is out to get me. One dream i had, it was sniffing round my little girl snarling when i arrived home, i awoke with fear. Last night, i had the dream, but this time it was a large Wolf, it chased me, i ran home, and it was in my house when i got there. I awoke with fear, as it pounced me, pinning me down, with its teeth round my throat. What the hell does this mean, why am i having these dreams, does it mean something?
