what is the normal / advrage time we should go to the bathroom to do our bladder? to do our dump? i wonder if i go to the bathroom to much so i'm asking this question. plz asnswer.

Dump=1-2 times days
pee=3-4 times day

Check for diabetes, if you are thirsty often and urinate often. Bladder spasms are another poss. Men over the age of forty can be prostate. You do not mention your age, if you have ever had a stroke, or if you are a woman then had a baby, etc. As far as having a dump, er, I don't do that.

Well, you don't say how often you go, so it is hard to answer. "doing your dump" should be about once a day. If it is less often, eat more fruits and vegetables and less meat and refined products. Urinating should be as often as you need to. It depends on fluid intake and how much you perspire. If you have a small amount of urine and go often that could indicate a problem. Measure the amount and frequency so you can tell your doctor.

I work crazy hours and hold it alot so I go about once every 3-4 hours while I am awake depending on what I drink. I have a bowel movement about 1 daily.

It's different for different people. It takes just a couple of minutes to empty the bladder and a little longer for "number two" - maybe five minutes or so (just guessing).
