The only vein that seems to cooperate inside the elbows is the left arm. My doctor and a nurse tried my right arm in 4 different spots before having success in the vein on the top of my hand. Is there anything I can do to improve my veins to make this easier or am I stuck with getting stuck a lot?

I have been off of drugs and alcohol for 8 months. I have felt great up until now. I get the correct amount of sleep, but I have no energy and have this overwhelming feeling of tired. I am not depressed either.

I think I am experiencing some kind of hormonal shift - I am 33 and I have recently (last 4 weeks) noticed my muscular development is suddenly better, my sex drive is through the roof, I now must shave every single day or even in the evening as well if we are going out or I look like crap, I am irritated and short tempered, my voice has deepened a little, and to be graphic about it the amount of semen I am producing (and the distance at which it is being launched) is WAY up - maybe 3x or more. This sounds like a hormone issue, but what could be causing it? I am concerned because it has happened rather suddenly.

i just can no get tired i mean i wake up at 8:30 in the morning everyday no naps during the day. i just can not get to sleep i lay in bed with lights off tv off and just lay there not getting any tireder. I DO get off the computer so that is not an answer. I tried Tynol pms that works little but i do not want to have to take them all the time bc i do not want to get immune to them or something. I just do not know what to do. I do not get tired until like 4 or 5 then i get up at 8:00am or 8:30 so i would think i would be tired. Please give me any ideas i DO want to sleep. I just cant fall asleep no matter how hard i try.

I sometimes go through bouts of insomnia (they usually last up to 3 days). Unfortunately, I am unable to take almost all types of medications, including many herbal remedies. Can anyone suggest something to help me get to sleep? I FEEL tired, but when I go to lay down, I cannot sleep, so I get up, try to read, drink some Chamomile Tea, sometimes take a brisk walk. Nothing seems to help. Is there anything else anyone can suggest? It would be much appreciated.

My husband is complaining of knee pain. Here are a few details...he says he didn't injure it recently, but it comes and goes a few times a year. When it hurts he says its always achy. It doesn't hurt when he straightens it. It does hurt when he bends it or puts weight on it. He says the pain goes all the way through his calf, but not above the knee into his thigh. He says it doesn't hurt to touch it, and he doesn't know if either heat or cold makes it feel better or worse. He's 27 years old and had injured his knee in high school. He had to have fluid taken out of his knee over 10 years ago.

I get them at night in my feet and my legs in the morning. I have tried stretching and walking before bed, but it does not help. I am taking
calcium as the pharmacist said it would help.
