Spirulina is supposed to be great. Exercise and lots of sleep, too.

It is not healthy to keep young children obsessively clean. By coming into contact with bacterias and mud, dirt etc at a young age helps the immune system recognise germs and harmful bacteria and then can start to build a defence to them. It would not be able to do this if the child lived in a sterile environment and would be susceptible to these germs in later life. A little nibble of the odd cow-pat can be good for you!
