I have the same problem!

I have had contacts since I was 12 and never had a problem with the other brand I had, but now I have disposables too. I've noticed they seem to "stick" to your eyeball better.

Here is what I do:

1) Put a drop of eyesdrops in your eye - this kind of helps break the suction.

2) Hold your upper eyelid up with the index finger of your right hand and the lower lid down with your pinky.

3) Use your "birdie" finger and your thumb to pinch the lens.

If you happen to be left-handed, just reverse it.

If you still can't get it out, the rather than letting your eye get all red and irritated form picking at it, have someone take contact lens solution and "rinse" it out for you.

Good luck!!!!!

Try moving it to the inside corner of your eye and gently grabbing it with your thumb and first finger. I have been wearing soft contacts for 17 years. It will get easier for you!

I use dry fingers and just pinch them and it sticks to my finger.
sometimes they don't want to come out and I have to try several times. When this happens it doesn't make my eye sore or anything, it is just frustrating.

taking them out is easy,, I always squirt some saline solution on my fingers, reach up ( no nails ) and pinch the contact, and it will come out,
