get ready for bed.all of your little chores completly over with! heat an 8 ounce glass of milk, just hot as you can stand it.try your best to drink it all as fast as you can.get in bed, flat of your back.arms straight down by your sides,.close your eyes, and make your mind go blank.this will work.the good part is, you will sleep like you have had drugs, but in the morning, yo have no after effects like you would if you had taken drugs. it really is good rest. the heating of the milk activates an enzyme, found no-where else. sweet dreams!

You do not sleep because you are tired. You sleep because you are not tired. Get it? Sleep is such a thing, your brain tells you when to take rest. It takes care of it by itself. No point in fighting it. Just go with the biological demands.

You probably are highly stressed. Or, you get some light naps during early evening. Perhaps you drink coffee, have chocolate drinks or something like that. All these things keep your brain active. Give your brain a rest. Things will happen.

How do I know..? I never had sleep problems and I know why I don't. My wife does have problems with sleep. I observed what she does and when I tell her to correct her actions, that night, she has good sleep.

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical
problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful
for getting sleep.

Try reading a book in bed. Not a magazine, but a book, preferably a boring one.
