We want to keep you another day or two (you were dehydrated but seemed to be able to stand up at that point), would you agree or go home? Keep in mind you were exhausted and your stomach hurt, but you really wanted to go home and shave your legs.

heres the thing: i fell on the edge of a cinderblock while trying to crawl through my window ( i left my keys at home )

and i cut beneath my pinkie and the toe next to it, its a pretty deep cut. my friends mom seriously thinks i need stitches and i do too,

but the doctor said he wouldnt recommend it because those toes naturally curl or something and it wouldnt be right??

but im SO worried though it might get infected because its deep and all thats on it is a bandage of neosporn and a big wrap around bandage on my foot and the doctor said to just keep my foot flat and not dance or anything.

is there any other, way to make it heal? i just took off the bandage and its wet for some reason but its not blood and im so scared and worried.

please help me out
thanks.

I pinched my skin the other day and I guess a scab appeared under the skin. The question is, should i pick it out, or wait?

I KNOW! Go to a doctor. But seriously, I knew when I did it I needed to be sewed up (duct tape wasn't gonna take care of that one) and went to ER and had it done. Cost me an arm & a leg.
Now I dont want to pay $$$$$$$ just to have em removed at the ER. People have told me I can do it myself and I'm certain I can. They are blue nylon stitches and I can sterilize the area with alcohol and a few shots for myself. The wound has healed nicely and there is NO sign of infection whatsoever.

I remember as a child my parents using the old-fashioned way of poking at it with a needle and tweezers. I started to try that route but my 2yr old daughter got scared at the sight of the needle. Does anyone have a tried-and-true way that is easier?? I'm scared of doing it wrong and causing an infection.

My daughter's left earlobe has a lump in it. The first time we got it pierced it was too low and at an angle, so we had it redone about a year later. (It's been 10 months now). She had a little lump that I assumed was a scar from the old hole healing. But sometimes when we change earrings I have to push to get the earring all the way in. Last night it seemed like the bump was a little bigger and there was a bit of blood when I cleaned her ears. I squeezed a little bit and got out just a tiny bit of pus and then a bit more blood. We put the earring back in using neosporin (I had to force it a bit) and then I cleaned her ears with hydrogen peroxide that she said stung a bit. Am I doing the right thing?
