the burn is on my finger and it is only on one i took some medicine and put a clean rage on it with water cool water but it still is bad

If it's your finger, stick your finger in a glass of cold water and let it sit for a while. Keep your water cold by putting an ice cube in it. Not a lot of ice, just one or two. Enough that you can tolerate it without it getting too cold.
Take some ibuprofen also. That will help with the pain.
After the pain calms down, then put a clean gauze on it.

If the burn is very severe then go to urgent care or ER and get it checked out. If you can manage it at home them put some first aid cream on it or use tea tree oil if you have it and apply a bandage. Use an ice pack to help dull the pain.

hmm aloe vera will help alot.. it reduces scars and will cool your burn so it wont hurt.. take a cold thing of aloe vera.. peel of the outside and put the jelly like inside on your finger..
or my mom used to blend a cold+raw potato on my burn and it would do wonders..

just leave it be. in about two days it will harden. if it's a third degree burn or it doesn't get better, see a doctor.
