I pinched my skin the other day and I guess a scab appeared under the skin. The question is, should i pick it out, or wait?

Scabs are external not internal
I suspect what you have is a blood blister. You pinched the skin and you now have a redish/brown area under the dermis.
You should not burst this blister as it can become infected. Let nature take its course and allow the blood to be reabsorbed naturally. If you want to protect it put a band-aid or a boil plaster over the area. This will keep it clean .

Just wait. Picking will only damage the tissue more.

its a blood blister you have....do not poke or pop it..let it absorb by it self.
