I wouldn't do it. On the label somewhere it should say something like "For external use only. Do not use on deep or puncture wounds", and that's basically what a piercing is.

I disagree. Neosporin is bad for piercings as is hydrogen peroxide. I recommend betadine or iodine. Where is the cartilage that is pierced? They make special solution for ears. Be sure to keep moving/turning the jewelry and clean of the "crusties".

No, Neosporin Is good for alot of health aids and very well known.
Thoughout the public and medical field.

They tell you NOT to put that kind of stuff on because it interferes with proper healing. You should only clean with diluted Dr. Bronners soap and leave it alone. Or use Bactine for itching.
