Just put one of those band aids where it lets the skin breathe on it. The nutrients in your blood will do its job, fight the germs and heal it. Don't worry too much if you see pus, it's just the result of the white blood cells fighting the germs, best just to wash it a bit, and maybe put on some antiseptic or iodine.

yes, salt water helps heal the wound and also helps fight infection. Just make sure the salt is dissolved, it can sting quite a bit if you get pure salt in an open wound.

Yes. Try the same method that worked the first time; also, perhaps consider buying a pair of Crocs or similar beach shoes - won't get any more cuts!

You could try that. Rubbing alcohol, peroxide, and antimicrobial ointment are good ideas too. If it doesn't seem to heal in a week, or develops pus, go to the doctor.

dont soak it in salt water, that will make it swell up. i would recommend going to the hospital not the emergency room, and asking them for stitches in your foot and you could get crutches

Try Ebsom salt instead. You can get it at the drug store and it's really cheap. Feel better.
