burnt index finger on a pan, blister is about an inch long! what's the best thing to do. had it in ice for about an hour but still painfull... any ideas?

I am currently on summer vacations and I got stung by a jellyfish while swimming in the ocean. It wasn't very big. Is there any way to treat the burn? I'll take answers both for the instant you get stung or for afterards.

my legs are like lizard skin during shedding time and my arms are very dry and scally. I wear crew socks,jeans and sweat shirts to work so I feel like my body never gets air to breathe;plus I only shower--no time to soak in tub.

I went to Disney World today, and I was on my feet for over 11 hours walking around the parks. I guess my shoes weren't the best to be doing this in. I have quite a few large blisters on each foot. None of them have popped yet; that's good right?
I was just wondering if anyone had any quick relief techniques. I've got to be on my feet for over 6 hours tomorrow for work, and can't go in the pain they're causing right now...

Help - So this is the deal, I had my daughters ears peiced last month (She is 7 months old). Everything is has been fine till this morning. I noticed her ear looked swollen. I looked at the back of it and it was crusty and when I pushed on her ear and puss came out. I tried taking the earring out but with her wiggling it was to hard. So where do I go from here? Another bad thing, I dont have medical insurance till March 1st. So any ideas would be great!

Two days ago my bf got up on a strange way and his knee hurted in that moment. And yesterday in the morning while he was going to the kitchen he fell on a gorund as he lost strenght in that knee. From then he feels a bit of the pain when he moves it and can't put his weight on it...but it is not swallen or anything strange as that, he just feels a bit of a weakness, its not even hurting as it would be expacted, he sais the bigest thing he feels is just weakness.....can somebody tell me what it is and what he can do? (besides going to the doctor, as he can go only at monday)

I was lying in bed, and just reading and listenin to music. But, when I got up I had two red spots on my arm, but I didn't feel anything bite me. I've chekd my bed and there didn't seemt to be anything in there. I've put Stingose on it, what else should I do?

I was biten by a spider. I'm not sure what kind( I was sleeping when I was biten). My husband thinks it may have been a brown recluse. It doesn't really look exactly like a recluse bite.Does anyone know anything about these?

Oatmeal is used to stop itching with psorasis, posion ivy and the like, but i wonder, with its absorbant properties, malibility, and the fact that it will harden over time would make it good for covering wounds to stop the bleeding. Am i wrong?
