my legs are like lizard skin during shedding time and my arms are very dry and scally. I wear crew socks, jeans and sweat shirts to work so I feel like my body never gets air to breathe;plus I only shower--no time to soak in tub.

Use a shower gel on your legs along with a loofah or exfoliating mitt. Then, after the shower, put lotion on your legs and arms. The skin on your arms/legs is trying to shed but has no place to go. Help it out!

If you get a chance, go to a spa and have a salt scrub. It will really make you smooth!

Well, you have to get rid of the dead skin, in order to get the most from a moisturizer.Go buy yourself a loofa sponge. Rub yourself with this while under the shower. Then after drying off, use a good hydrating moisturizer. After a few more times, you will notice a hudge difference.

I have this exact same problem. I get a quality moisturizer and apply it EVERY DAY after I shower. If I skip a day showering, I still put the cream on AFTER I wet the area. It took me about 1 week to see results for the entire day.
