I was a chainsmoker for 4 straight years, I'm only 23 years old, and I quit smoking cold turkey about a month ago....the first 2 weeks where hell but now Its easier, I'm just taking it day by day.....but just recently I started coughing up chunks of black and brown crap, there was also a little blood in it at first. Now theres no blood but every morning I have to go to the bathroom and I start coughing really bad and all these gross chunks come out.....when will this stop?!?! I cough a lot now, people are like "Dude you gota stop smoking" I'm like "dude i did quit, a month ago!" When will this stop, its kinda scaring me, I don't have medical insurance so I can't see a doctor.......

I just had surgery 5 days ago, to repair cartilage on my right knee. After surgery, my knee seems to be alright, not much pain at all. The doctor advised me to straighten my knee when standing and bend it freely when sitting or lying, which was fine. This morning when I got up, every time I straighten my leg I get this shooting pain behind my knee, did I do something wrong, or is this part of the healing process?

I just woke up feeling over heated with a pain in the back of my eye and went into the bathroom to check if there was something in my eye or if I had a burst a blood vessel or something, my neck felt tender so I subconciously rubbed it (near the base of my ear) and suddenly I got severe vertigo (dizzyness) and when I tried to walk out of the bathroom I couldn't co-ordinate myself and just slammed into the walls this seemed to go on for at least one or two minutes. I then blacked out for about 5 seconds and ended up having to crawl on my hands and knees.so that I could co-ordinate myself enough to get back to bed. My ears then suddenly began to rush, kinda like a train, then slowly subsided. I took a couple of painkillers hoping they might help and it did. What the hell just happened to me?

A year ago I was in a car accident. I was at a stop sign and a women about 90yrs old driving about 35mph hit my left driver side just behind the headlights and drug me out onto a main street. It really messed my neck up and now if I do anything to strenuous like, I play a lot of softball and volleyball, I pay dearly afterward, ie. headache, migrain, neck stiffness, it's awful. I have to take Soma and IB profen together in order to just function.

Anyone have any suggestions, exercises, natural pills, anything I'll take it. I am very active and can not live like this.
