Get a large aloe vera plant that you can grow indoors, unless weather permitting you can plant it outside. Shower dry off patting the affected areas dry because rubbing causes more scarring. Cut of a small piece of aloe vera leaf, carefully trim the edges off, peel back the leaf and apply the gel directly to the areas in question. Hospitals all over the world use aloe vera gel from the plants on burn victims to alleviate pain and to speed healing. Over the years, the scarring disappears altogether.

exfoliate and moisturize. try the scar reducing creams out there too. and don't pick at any new ones if you know that you are prone to scaring
