I was at a Mom's club meeting where a mom was standing there with her legs at the basic normal stance and some kids came running through and one of the kids actually threw out this little punch which landed right between the legs of one of the mom's. Her reaction was that she dropped to her knees instantly but was back up a few moments later. Just wondering if this is a normal reaction with you ladies. Ever been hit there or have a story?

and I still feel some kind of swelling and I can't use my finger properly still because I feel pain when I touch the part of my finger although the nail has fully recovered. I was wondering if my finger would still recover back to its original state since I still feel a sensation but a very painful one.

I can't go to the doctor so a probable y!answer might suffice.

I have been fighting this back problem for years. I've tried pain meds , anti inflammatory meds, shots, the works! I exercise regularly, eat right, don't smoke, don't drinking...but can't seem to stop the pain.

Any suggestions as to alternative methods (stretches, diet, acupuncture, vitamins, ANYTHING) that could help?

i got 3 punctures on the top of my wrist 2 days ago from my cat, i went to the doctor today becuase i had a hot,ache,cramp like pain from my wrist to my elbow and the areas around the marks was swollen The doctor didn't look at the arm at all but gave me an amox/clav duo antibiotic to take for 10 days. I couldnt take the anti's till my next meal and before then i noticed 2 slight wavering red lines running from the red circle around one of the bites towards the top of my hand, they have gone now but i am in a lot of pain all up my arm. I have taken 2 ibruprofen already (no change in the pain) should i still be worried?

I have been diagnosed with cluster migraines. They did respond well to Imitrex for a while but I have had one for the past 3 weeks that keeps coming back. My doctor prescribed Medrol dosepack. I am into my second day out of six of this medicine and so far have no improvement in my headache. How long should it take for me to see any benefit from this?

Would you allowed me to perform CPR on you if needed?

I would think it would be pretty simple... like if i told the doctor i have panick attacks. What other reasons are people prescribed xanex? Now the only thing I actually have trouble with is sleeping at night. I have to stay up almost a full 24 hours before I can go to sleep sometimes... Is there any way I could get ambian to help me sleep? :]

I have always worked out and yes, I have gotten sore before. But lately, I have been working out like crazy and my back - from mid spine to the base of my neck and subscapula and lats are VERY sore and when I stretch that area -- there is a popping sound - mostly around the scapula area. When I've gotten a massage once and she heard that, she said it was a knot of lactid acid or something -- could the same be true here? I also feel a slight cold coming on -- do you think it is related? I tried researching this to see if toxins were perhaps released or something...can someone please help me understand what is taking place in my body?

i just got the results from an MRI i had done today. i have bulging discs at vertebrae 3 and 4, with some degeneration. what can i do about it? can u slow down the degeneration process? is physical therapy all i can do to fix this? advil and alleve do nothing for the pain....help!!!!!

swelling it got so swelled you could leave a indent with your finger when you push on it, and i can't feel 2 of my toes and is very painful to walk. i've been checked to see if it was gout, it's not, i've had a MRI it didn't show any thing wrong with my foot, but there is alot of water around my ankle. It feels like someone is pinching my foot at all times. the more i,m on the foot the bigger it gets, sometimes i can't even wear my shoes, It hurts the foot to even wear socks the sock gets to tight after awhile.Does anyone have any idea what can be causing this?

i had a little scooter accident.
at first it just hurt cuz it was rly sore and i scraped it.
then it was just whatever. not to bad. but all of the sudden it burned like crazy and i was just walking around. but now about 25 minutes after the accident its a bruisish color all around that knobby point on the inside of my ankle and its swelling a little bit. it burns when i walk on it and every once in a while it just starts burning. i told my mom and she was like "oh if u dont have attention 24/7 ur not happy. ur fine. go away" so im not goin to the doctor. but its starting to hurt a little more. its not like excuriciating pain where i cant walk but yea. it LOOKS (around some parts) like a bursted blood vessel and i dont know if the burning is coming from the scrape or what but it feels like a pull from the bottom of my foot. anywayz i have a track meet 2mrw and its rly important to me so i would much rather not miss. i havent treated it at all so thanks!

-strong, really frequent (every 2 sec) cough
-fever (101-102)
-headache around: back on neck, forehead, & nose area
-really weak and always tired
-sore throat
-lightheadness (ah if thats a word) & dizziness
-swollen throat sort of- kind of hard to swallow

I really don't know what that really is. What kind of symptoms would I have if it ever comes back? Can anyone enlighten me a little on the subject. I also have a spinal cord injure from back in 2002. Would this have something to do with this? My spinal cord liked a 1/4 of an inch severed into. I have trouble with leg spasms , motor skills, stiffness in neck and balance trouble. I also have a plate in my neck.

I've been dealing with some bad anxiety for about 3 weeks, and i'm getting that under control. A lot had to do with my diet, and my body crashing. Just recently in the past week, I've noticed muscle spasms throughout my legs and arms. I also get this warm sensation on my left ring finger sometimes.

I do sit in front of a computer all day long, any suggestions will help. I'm set to meet my dr this friday for a complete check up, and requesting an EMG...

I'm a piano player, but recently I've been experiencing shooting pain and muscle fatigue. The pain runs from the third knuckle of my little finger, up my forearm to my elbow. The fatigue is in my hand and wrist. I've tried cold, hot, and rest. After a period of rest (a week) the pain returns after just a few minutes of practice. Help me out folks.
