Your pain may last for years or a life time. I'd go back to your Dr and ask for another scan CT scan not X-ray to see whats going on. Then find a good physio therapist and get a back strengthening program. Good luck with it.

Hell yeah... You fractured your spine Buddy... You could be in pain for the rest of your life. You had better go to another doctor and tell them about the pain. The doctor should be addressing the issue and try to find out why you are still feeling pain. Something is wrong...something didn't heal right bro....and the bad thing is your doctor (iassume he knows) dont give a rats behind.Go geta a second opinion. GOOD LUCK!!

There will always be a little lingering pain. I herniated L4 and L5, about 2 years ago and every now and then I get a little sore. If you stay on top of your weight and keeping you abs and back muscles strong the soreness becomes less and less, however as soon as you stop staying on top of it the pain will come right back. I do crunches on an exercise ball and some yoga to relax the muscles.

Keloids are distinctly basic, quite among those with darker pores and skin. At 2 and a nil.5 months, a scar is seen "old" - that is at about ninety 5% of the optimal ability that the tissue will advance. you could continually attempt this besides, yet when it would not paintings - search for suggestion out of your health practitioner... there are different innovations accessible to eliminate it and verify it does no longer go back. Keloids, regrettably, do no longer commonly bypass away on their own - although spontaneous remissions were stated. good luck to you.

it's your back, usually once you do damage to it, it will never be like new again.
I know tons of people who have bad back pain from breaks, it's just something they have to live with and taking painkillers.
As i was told by my doctor "be good to your back, you only get one of them"
