I've been dealing with some bad anxiety for about 3 weeks, and i'm getting that under control. A lot had to do with my diet, and my body crashing. Just recently in the past week, I've noticed muscle spasms throughout my legs and arms. I also get this warm sensation on my left ring finger sometimes.

I do sit in front of a computer all day long, any suggestions will help. I'm set to meet my dr this friday for a complete check up, and requesting an EMG...

It's good you're getting the anxiety under control, and I can think of a number of things that might cause this, but if I were you I'd consider going down to the ER or at least calling your doctor to see what he/she thinks. Could be something simple but you'll feel better getting checked out. It could be related to your diet too-- but rather than try to try and figure that out on your own it would be better if you talked to a health care professional in person, especially as they might need to do some blood work to check for any mineral/vitamin depletion. God bless.

It's a good thing you did set up that doctor appointment. There are a number of things that could be wrong.

One thing you can try that shouldn't hurt at least is take a potassium suppliment- or eat more bananas, if you're not allergic. I ran into something similar when my body's reserves were depleted after a nasty bout of flu.

Good luck!
