I don't think it would speed up the healing process, but taking calcium tablets is a good idea.Broken bones need time, don't try and rush it.

Not proven scientifically.Since Milk contains calcium it may help healing.

No what a load of rubbish. It is supposed to make you grow stronger bones if you drink milk when you are growing up that's why they used to give you in infants a third of a pint of milk in a little bottle and it was free

calcium does
any source of calcium and milk is high in calcium
i broke my nose once and the doctor gave me calcium tablets. he said they may help. not that they definately do. that was in the USA.

dunno but calcium is in it and thats supposed to be good for bones i think? when i broke my leg i was taking calcium suppliments to try and make it heal faster but i was in a cast for 4 months...

a high level of calcium will help. having a quick swig won't suddenly help all that much.
