Why is my lower back( Almost above my butt) hurts sometimes when i bend down and ETC.

Pain! (not that much though)

It happend when I was sitting on a chair in a bad posture.

This could be a muscle spasm. I recommend you see a chiropractor as soon as possible. I've enclosed a link where you can find a chiropractor in your area.
