I have anxiety problems sometimes...to me it feels like everything is moving in fast-forward and I can't keep up. I worry about/dwell on little things. My chest does feel tight sometimes......Have you ever had way too much caffeine? Kinda feels like that.....

If you're referring to an anxiety attack, yes, they can cause chest pains. A full blown anxiety attack is quite different than just being anxious or nervous about an issue. The first time I had a panic attack, I wound up in the emergency room. I thought I was dying of a heart attack at age 29, with my pulse up to about 136. Over the years, I have learned to cope with the attacks by realizing what's occuring, and not let it escalate out of control by doing deep breathing exercises. It seems they always come when least expected!

You don't state your age, but anxiety attacks generally begin between age 25-35. If the chest pains continue to bother you, go get a physical and get checked out by the doc.
