I want to take Sudaphed for congestion, but I need to stay awake tonight, and I know that it either wakes you up or puts you to sleep, and I just can't remember which one! Does anybody know?

decided to ask two questions in one::Elbow::now the pain isnt serious, but in some positions, i get these strange pains in my elbow. they arent bad but im just wondering if this could b bad.

Knee:: i was doing a cartwheel and i felt this pull on the top of my knee. It was excruciating (sp?) pain but it hurt. I had trouble walking for a little bit but it went away. What could that have been??

is it bad for an adolescent [like me, 15 years old] to be sleeping 8 hours a night or less?? i know that it causes temporary things like fatigue, but my real question is does it cause permanent damage? by permanent damage i mean stuff like brain damage, slowed down growth, other mental health issues.

I had flew last week for the 1st time..which was fine..my ears had "popped" as people call it... then a few housr latwer ater i got to my destionation.. they got back to normal..i flew back home a few days ago ..they "popped" agian...my left ear is fine now..but its my right one..it feels all clogged up like somethings stuck and i cant really hear out of it ..i tried everything i could thing of..theres nothing in my ear i know that..im just trying to get this felliing out ouf my ear ..any suggestions??

ok first i broke my toe rt foot . so given tylenol 3 took them a lot of them in order to keep working . i am a mover. then i fell of the truck and hurt my lft.foot . not broken i dont think but hurts as much or more then the toe. so more tylenol 3 and add to that some tylenol 1 . so all in all in a work day i might take 7 tylenol 3 and 10 tylenol 1 . i am not feeling well i dont take hardly any when i am home but when i put my feet down in the morning to stand up i can hardly walk . it takes 2 days of not working before i am up to even going outside to the porch .
i have to work moving company again tommorrow .
what should i do . the doctor wont give me anything strongher and the pain is sure not getting better. i am worried i have taken or am taking too much tylenol or codine but without it i am really not able to walk. please advice

I was told that I need ankle arthroscopy to get my ankle flushed out. I was wondering about how long my recovery time would be, how long the surgery would take, and if so, about how long it would take for me to go back to work. I quit 120mg methadone cold turkey 4 days ago..
My Doc gave me klonopin, clonidine, and robaxin for the w/d's.. but of course.. i still aint feelin too good.
I was on about 80-120mg of Oxycontin a day for about 1 1/2 - 2 years.. and i was only in the methadone treatment for about 3months. i was just wondering if anyone knew about how long ill be sick for. The way i look at it, i wasnt using for a LONG time so i didnt know if that would make my w/d's go away any quicker.. ive seen some people say about a week coming off cold turkey and some say about a month or two.. any help would make me feel soo much better.

How do i know the cut is infected

i was at school and we won a prize and we all went to go get it and it was in the parking lot someone tripped me and i fell and slid when i got up i had a huge cut on my elbow like 2 1/2 inches long . i went to the nurse and then i washed with soap and water and then she put a bandage on it and when i got home my mom put neosporin on it and put on a new bandage the next day it was swollen and had pus on it . I have an ingrown toenail on my left big toe. Its not that deep but I cant reach it to cut it. This is my third ingrown toenail and my second on the same toe. Are there any remedies to maybe loosen the nail so I can cut it? When the doctor cuts it, the pain afterwards is excruciating!

has anyone ridden roller coasters after back surgery? ive had a laminectomy in my lower back. Feel fine..of coarse never 100%..but the pain is pretty much ignorable. its only a nuisance at times..and at others its like a little cramp..but nothing else. just wondering what the most active thing you've done is after surgery.
