is it bad for an adolescent [like me, 15 years old] to be sleeping 8 hours a night or less?? i know that it causes temporary things like fatigue, but my real question is does it cause permanent damage? by permanent damage i mean stuff like brain damage, slowed down growth, other mental health issues.

I don't know that the damage is permanent but not enough sleep can cause psychotic breaks. Eight hours is enough to remain psychologicall healthy and physically fit. If you don't need more than that you are okay

Growth occurs during sleep, but if you are 15 you are probably close to being done growing. Eight hours should be fine, although often adolescents need a little more than that. You should try to go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at a regular hour as well. Don't IM and play games or surf the web at night, just get your work done and go to bed.

incredibly; I placed on a jumpsuit and parachuted out of a B737-800 at 35,000 feet. I then landed on a convention going at 200mph. once I have been given to the tunnel I jumped off the practice. I then went to the top of the mountain, took skies off my attractive assistant and skied each and each of ways down. I jumped into McDonalds and demanded a bag of fries in 20 seconds. I ate the fries, placed my tray away and then left. I used the healthcare expert's Tardis to transport myself onto the monorail 2 a protracted time from now. Then i found myself outdoors the Barney recording studio. It became a dare nevertheless, so I have been given £10 and a bag of candies for it.

It does not cause permanent harm but has deleterious effects for your everyday life.
