So today I was biking without a helmet and I fell, smashing the back of my head on the road. Now, there are no injuries on the outside, but could there be something inside, despite the fact that I dont feel it?

if you lost conciseness in any way, you should see the doctor. you may have a concussion

There very well could be problems that come up later, if you hit your head quite hard I would just make a Dr. appt. In the meantime you should not sleep for 12 hrs stay awake and alert, watch for your pupils in your eyes to be dialated dif. then the other one ..headaches and nausea watch for that to, lack of appitite. Your scull is quite thick and protective of the brain but a concusion is always a possibility. Just keep a close eye out for yourself have a friend around in case and go to the Dr. if you can.

It is possible. Did you lose consciousness even briefly? If so consult a neurologist
If you experience double vision, nausea, unusual weakness go to the ER.

When I grew up, bicycle helmets didn't even exist. My generation survived it. You will be fine.
