I clean houses, 1 of the houses i have to use this floor machine, it's a buffer for wood floors... since I've started using this machine, i wake up with my forearm aching so bad, it's starting to go up to my shoulder, and the pain is lasting all day... also my hands are cramping and swelling...

should I take Motrin or Advil?

I've been to the dr and had a MRI on my right knee (which showed nothing) and now lower spine. The problem started with my foot going numb, just the top about 4 inches above my ankle down through my toes. One toe has gone crooked and limp, I cannot walk normal on that foot b/c it slaps down when I apply weight to my heal. I had a shot of b12 which helped with the mobility factor, but the numbness has gotten worse and gone north up the outer side of my leg. I wasn't having pain in my lower back until about 2-3 weeks ago and since has become very painful just above my butt. No meds seem to help the pain (Tylenol 3, Advil, aspirin, regular Tylenol) and the heating pad offers very little relief. I haven't seen the doctor yet about my MRI results and can't get a call back for some reason. Is it possible that I am lacking b12 and a supplement will solve the issue or does it sound more like a bulging disc? Someone who's been through this, your opinion is appreciated.

I am getting really bad headaches like every day. I think it might be from how much sleep I get (i go to bed @10:30 and wake up @ 6:50) but Tylenol wont help me! It's happened before and every day this week, but I can't wake up any later than 6:50 and I can never fall asleep before 10:30. Also, my headaches normally start at the same time (around 1:00). How do I get this to stop?

I've tried Iboprofin, celebrex, tylenol, etc. Most of this stuff is hard on stomach. Painfull to walk and excersize. Tired of living in pain. Any success with anything out there?

Will anything help this horrible burning sensation?

I've been told that it's helped one of my co-workers and it sounds too good to be true. I have moderate to severe carpel tunnel and tendonitis in both of my wrists. I feel like I'm falling apart and I'm too young to be having all these problems with my hands! I haven't even really worked at places where I have repetitive motions. Medicine is irritating my stomach and I can't get any more cortizone shots. I'm down to having to get the surgery but I've heard too many horror stories about it. What can I do?

I'm 19 and for a long time I was a couch potatoe and did next to nothing. Last summer I got real active. I got into mountain biking and biked for awhile until cold weather hit. Well I just got a new bike and my knees burn when I hit an uphill or pedal hard for about 30 seconds. It's not my bike seat, it's adjusted so my legs are fully streched on the down stroke. Is it arthritis? Is it something else?

I have had surgery before but I am having it again in a couple weeks to have my gallbladder removed and to have something done to my shoulder. How long does it take you to feel good enough to go back to school after you have had something like your gallbladder removed?
