anyone have an idea what is wrong with my arm? I clean houses, 1 of the houses i have to use this floor machine, it's a buffer for wood floors... since I've started using this machine, i wake up with my forearm aching so bad, it's starting to go up to my shoulder, and the pain is lasting all day... also my hands are cramping and swelling...

l believe it is called Tendinitis, I used to get it all the time. You are just building muscles. Just remember No Pain No Gain

Sounds like a bruised tendon or artery which can easily happen with the use of a floor buffer. You need to go to a doc so he can look at it and make sure you havent torn it by now. Hopefully you can fix it through the use of therapy, and not surgery.

Your muscles are not used to this type of usage,you may want to try using a hot pad on your arm and something to relieve the pain when you get home.

Carpal Tunnel syndrome. Have it checked. It is painful and nasty.
