ok last week i through out my right arm and it hurt for a couple days. I had volleyball practice today and i was serving, and when i got home from practice my arm hurt so bad. what wrong?, how can i make it better? is the pain from when i threw it out or something different?

i cant rest my arm cause i have a tourny next week and they need me to win!

the best thing you can do is to rest your arm for a couple of weeks, put ice over it today and tomorrow for 10 minutes twice a day and after that ice for 10 minutes and something hot for another 10 for 3 more days, take any antiinflammatory that you have at home like advil, if it keeps hurting go to your doctor
oh, and don´t forget to warm up and stretch before play volleyball or any other sport

use warm water 4 ur blood circulation,apply deep heating spray or thermorub cream n massage it gently everyday.sometimes u need swinging ur hand left n right,up n down etc b4 ur practice.
