i was injuried praticing with my pre-season basketball team about 10 months ago. we were blocking out and she came down too soon and she pushed my knee beyond straight and now i have pain when im running or playing any sport what could i have done? ( i heard a pop too when she did it) what should i do i did not go to the doctor either my mom would not take me to the ER
i do wear a knee brace when im playing sports

I was told my body iron stores were 'a bit low' and prescribed 2 330mg ferrous fumarate tablets a day. I have been taking these for two months. Is this sufficient? My haemoglobin level is fine. Suppose I could just go for another blood test....

ok, heres the story, i was playing football with a couple of my youth people and when i jumped to make catch, somebody got me on my legs when i was in the air, and when i landed, i fell straight on my arms which missed early on my break fall (i was in karate... so i knew how to, i was higher up in the air then i thought i would) which also landed on my right ribs. My arm felt better in a few days, but it seems somewhere around my ribs hurt... (feels like muscle strain) but i dont know, i've never broken a bone before so i dont know what it feels like. It's been almost a week, and instead of getting better, it feels the same, a little worse but not a whole lot.
so... what do u think it is?
