As long as I don't have to have any more to keep my leg in the same position to stretch my Achillies Tendon, I'm happy.

i always wondered why do u use plasters when its better to leave the wound/cut/ ..etc to dry out !! wouldnt it be better to let it dry out by air and sun rather than hiding it under plasters and making recovery slower !!! also sometimes making it worse if left wet or damp !!!!!!!!!!!!!
