I use tea tree & witch hazel face wipes from Asda. Both the tea tree & witch hazel are natural ingredients, and they really DO work.

i find that the best range for spots is the whole garnier pure range, it isnt too harsh, but tea tree is very good as well but i found it dry my skin out a bit too much. also had a 3 month thing of antibiotics from a dermatologist and that has really helped and they seem to have gone for good.

Spots where? If they are in your line of vision, it could mean detached retina. Go see your eye doctor if thats what it is. If the spots are elsewhere, can't help ya!
