I was told my body iron stores were 'a bit low' and prescribed 2 330mg ferrous fumarate tablets a day. I have been taking these for two months. Is this sufficient? My haemoglobin level is fine. Suppose I could just go for another blood test....

You should do. Too much iron is as bad as having too little.

Usually about 8 days, but of course you need to keep the levels up
