Are you sure your pets are cool, have adequate water and are not showing signs of heat stress?

And, are you drinking enough water (more than normal)? You are dehydrated before your body triggers thirst, so keep drinking water (no sodas, alcohol or iced tea/coffee).

look, my 6th grade is going on a field trip to knotts berri farm tomoro n i realli dont wanna get sikk i alredi had a stuffi nose for one week n threw up las nite. im all gud except for my throat, it hurtz wenevr i swallow! dos anybodi kno how i kan stop this? I'm 20 years old. When I was a kid I had tubes in my ears to drain blocked ear wax. For the past 6 months I have really had no earwax, it just doesn't come out. I've also had an ear infection twice in the past 6 months. Do I need tubes again?

When a doctor tells you that your liver enzymes are not in balance (or whatever the proper medical way of saying this), how long does it take the liver to regenerate itself? How does it go about regenerating itself? Are the B vitamins essential for the liver to regenerate?

Also, is it true that one must take unpasteurized yogurt along wth the B vitamins in order for them to work efficiently ??

I let some non potty trained children swim in my pool the other day
and I noticed that green algae was starting to grow on my liner. They had on pamper swimmers but I don't believe they do much!
I added extra chlorine and a gallon of algaecide but am not seeing any difference. Any Ideas??
