You may not be getting enough sleep. It's a common misconception that everyone needs 8 hours. Some people need more and some need less. Try going to bed earlier.

No flips or sandals- you'd be woozy from the meds. short sleeves- with a view to get for your arm surely for the IV and blood rigidity cuff. The length of the technique relies upon on the medical professional's p.c.. I once labored for an oral physician who become so quickly, he would have 4 non impacted expertise the teeth out in less than 10 minutes. The prep will be some paper artwork for your father and mom to look after, making optimistic you've not eaten or drank something in the perfect 6 hours and setting up the room and hooking you as a lot as all the monitoring kit, putting out the IV and a making optimistic you and your determine knows the positioned up op classes. you'll awaken very quickly after the IV is bumped off. How lengthy will you be out?? relies upon on how briskly the record is. i'd guess about an hour- commence to end, if he's medium p.c., a lot less if he's quick.good success.

It's a strange thing about Mondays.....it does feel harder to feel alert on a Monday morning!!!

I guess (unless you work shifts) it is because you've relaxed at the weekend and got used to not being at work.

I find that what can help is having an earlyish night on a Sunday, and reminding myself that it will be the weekend again soon!!!

Maybe you've had too much sleep or just had a restless night. When my husband lets me lay in on saturday sometimes i always feel more lethargic than ever.
If i get up and i've not had enough sleep i just feel tired. If i've had too much sleep, my head feels like its made of cotton wool or as if i've got a really bad hangover

Just unimpressed with your life , where you live, not getting out in the fresh air enough . Go and do something really childish and silly today , see how you sleep tonight, maybe even have a nice dream!

I'm the same, even on a weekend morning.

I always wake up feeling more tired than I did when I go to bed.

I do try to get 8 hours but its just not possible. I never feel tired early enough.

Harumph, I wish I could just win the lottery..........
