Obviously I know I should go see a doctor since I have some disturbing symptoms, but I'm wondering how long you can go between being infected with HPV and showing symptoms. I can honestly say that I have NEVER had unprotected sex, but about a month ago, I noticed a small bump, and now I've noticed a few more. I also haven't had sex in quite a while, atleast not that kind.. so I'm really quite confused as to when this might have occured (especially since I keep in contact with the majority of my sexual partners).

recieved brief unprotected oral sex during a drunken night, and the next day when i woke up, i noticed some discoloration and slight irritation on my penis. i dont think any std symptoms could show up that quickly... but im not sure... please help

One of my very good friends thinks she might have STDs and this girl is extremely afraid of going to the clinic. I plan on going with her to help her, but I would like to help her moreso in informing her on what actually happens when she goes to be tested. I was diagnosed with herpes about 1 year ago. ANd now everytime I have any kind of sexual contacy, even rubbing, I tend to get an outbreak. This is really troubling me seeing as how I would like to be able to have sex again sometime in my life!
Is there a way to prevent this? Is is possible that this will go away with time? I know several people that also have herpes and they do not have this problem. Please help me!

I've been using Aldara Cream and it's been about 2 weeks now, but the prescription says to use continuously for 4 weeks. It feels really uncomfortable and painful. I know there are bad side effects. Anyone have similar results?

a friend of mine got an std from having unprotected sex and is taking treatment for it...it should be gone in about a week or two, the person is planning to hook up with someone i know later this month and yes the main reason for meeting is sex between the two of them...i'm not one for throwing salt in a person's game but should i atleast warn the person or just say nothing, mind my own business and hope that they both discuss it and use protection...i'm feeling kind of guilty for not telling but i'm like its not really any of my business because i'm going behind my friends back, but if the person happens to catch the std because my friend isnt truthful to them then i feel really bad, was wondering what other people would do?

To make a long story short, my buddy had an hiv test, his the type in your face type he's black went to a hospital kings college had a test, said he could feel something apart from the needle. he thinks the nurse gave him hiv. i took him to a private clinic 31 days after incident for a p24 and antibody test they both came out negative. Yesterday he had this one whitelooking spot on his face its smaller than a pea ....

The reason i say that because i have a little white discharge and it doesnt really have a smell. Sometimes around the vagina it really itches and when i stratch i doesnt really help it. when i pee it doesnt burn but if i stratch the area then it might sting alittle bit but thats all.
