actually, it is not 95% but rather about 1 in 5 people have genital herpes. Only about 20% of these people actually have visible or detectable signs of the virus. Just like HPV, many people are carriers of the virus and do not know they are because they don't have blisters because their immune system is working effectively in preventing outbreaks. The fact is that a person may be a carrier of various viral stds but may never have symptoms but may pass along the virus to others. This is one reason why stds are so common.

I got clinically diagnosed with genital herpes (type 2) about 4 yrs ago, whilst I was still in college and had a silly one-night stand. I know lots of girls say this, but I swear I had never done that sort of thing before. I just made a huge mistake that one time and suddenly it seemed like I was going to have to live with the consequences for the rest of my life. The hardest part was feeling I could never date guys again. After all, who wants to go out with someone who has sores around her private parts? But since a friend shared this movie https://tr.im/leC6z everything changed.

Not only was I able to remove all remnants of the herpes simplex virus from my system in less than 3 weeks, but I was also able to begin dating again. I even met the guy of my dreams and I'm so lucky to write that just a week ago, in front of everybody in a busy restaurant, he got down on one knee and proposed to me!! This program provided me the opportunity to be happy and experience real love again. Now I want to help others too by sharing this story.

My best friend has had genital herpes for about eight months now, and it's been really rough. She's had about 7 outbreaks. Everywhere I read it says it stops flaring up so much after time, but its not getting less frequent for her. She's been on Antiviral meds the whole time, too. She also has type 1 diabetes which she has had her whole life, which really weakens her immune system. Will it ever get better?

But after a friend share this video everything has changed.

A lot of people say they would never date anyone with it, but EVERY guy I have dated has still chose to date me after I told them I have it.

I really think it's about how the person feels about the other person. I would personally date someone who has the virus, not because I personally have it, just because the virus doesn't make the person. There are ways to prevent spreading it. And, genital herpes is not deadly of life threatening, like HIV and HPV can be.

My fiance (boyfriend at the time) chose to date me after I told him I had genital herpes. He didn't care that I had the virus, he loved me and cared about me.

Also, 95% of people DON'T have herpes. I've read only about 75-80% of people have cold sores, which is herpes, but not genital herpes.
