recieved brief unprotected oral sex during a drunken night, and the next day when i woke up, i noticed some discoloration and slight irritation on my penis. i dont think any std symptoms could show up that quickly... but im not sure... please help

It is probably stress-related. It has been proven that stress can make symptoms to develop for a disease you do not have.
Std's take a while to build up.
You could still have it checked.
