Some do, if you go private and actually pay for the test, they probably will.

If you mean free services by the govenrment probably not, mostly in person and rarely by post.

No you need to sign a release of information form . Hippa laws prevent medical records from being given out with out you explisit permission with good reasn .
Go ot hthe clinicand get relase of medical recoreds form for all they know you can beany one lookg to dig up dirt on some one .
If thy do give info out about you with pout your permissionj and informed consent you own them in court a slam dunk tort case ! trai lawyers eat em up for breakfast every day.
