it didnt have a puss colour it was clear

Where was that white spot?
My first guess, disregarding the category, would be a blister, some of them look like that - just a white spot, filled with clear liquid, and it sort of hurts when you press it, before and after the bursting.
Have him go to a doctor, they'll know best what it is and what to do about it.

Alot of people get this, it doesnt have to be puss, it could have been cause by bacteria.
As far as i know hiv isn't related to small spots on face, if it was on the genitalias ..then you have something to worry about.
Stress/over-anxiety can cause symptoms to diseases that you or your friend do not have.
Try stressing less and see if the spots do not go down
~~~~~~~~~~~~it could be plasma~~~~~~~~~~~~~
also, hygiene could also be a cause, i am not saying that you or your buddy is dirty you could just change the soap and also your food pattern..are you eating yoo much junk food, that could also contribute to acne.

Probably bloodplasma, as its the clear component of blood.

pus and its coz of heat in body taht bring up them spots. tell him to get rid of acid and indegestion and constipation and drink loadsa water not coffee and tea coz that dehydrates NOT hydrates so yeah. hope i helped.

its was probably a boil. or a sweat stop, both nothing to worry about.
